Step 1.

Start Outlook 2003 and from the toolbar click Tools >> E-Mail Accounts.

Step 2.

This opens the “Email Accounts” window.

To add a new account click on the "Add a new email account" button.

Click "Next"

Step 3.

This opens the “Email Accounts” window.

Select “POP3" and then click next.

Step 4.

Here you need to enter your Display Name. This is the name which people will see when they receive a email from you.

Your email address.

Your username and password.

Incoming Mail:  mail.drytel.net

Outgoing Mail:  mail.drytel.net

Click Next .

Finished.

Once complete your account is ready to be used.

Click Finish.
