Step 1.

Double-click on My Computer to open.

Step 2.

Open the Dial-Up Networking folder.
Look for an icon called Drytel.

Step 3.

Double-click on Make a New Connection.

Type Drytel for the name of the computer you're dialing.

Click Next.

Type in the phone number for your local dial-up number. It is 221-3638.

Leave the Country Code set to Canada.

Remove the check beside use Country Code and area code.

Click Next.

Click Finish.
