Dial-Up Connection Set-Up for Windows VISTA << BACK

Step 1.

Click on Windows Flag / Start Button in the bottom left hand corner of your desktop and go to:
“Connect To”.

Step 2.

Select the option to:
"Set up a connection or network".

Step 3.

Select:
"Set up a dial-up connection"
and then click:
"next."

Step 4.

Type in your local Drytel access number. It is 221-3638.

Type in your user name:
Example: jsmith

Type in your password.
It is case sensitive so make sure your Caps Lock is off on the keyboard.

Make sure “Remember this password” is checked.

Click "Connect".

Step 5.

Your computer will then attempt to make a connection.

Step 6.

Once successful you will receive a message stating “The connection to the Internet is ready to use.”
